Using a painting technique in a crossed-hatched or circular pattern, make up 4 passes with the PicoWay Resolve until the clinical endpoint of uniform erythema and mild edema is achieved (setting may be adjusted to achieve this endpoint)
Alternate passes: perform a pass in one direction with a subsequent pass in a different direction
Typical number of passes (your usage may vary):
2 passes of Resolve 1064 nm
1 pass of Resolve 532 nm
(depending on skin type and indication)
Be sure to treat the entire face. In areas with deeper rhytids or acne scars, you may increase the number of passes, as long as you do not go past the clinical endpoint
Petechiae may occur and can be managed by decreasing fluence and increasing the number of passes, or ceasing treatment if the clinical endpoint of achieved
